So today is the first day of my 30-day paleo. I've been prob 60-70% the last few months but I really wanted to give it as much as I could over the enxt 30 days to see if I really cleaned up my food what would happen... plus my husband is finally on board so I'm super excited we're doingit together. Honestly I think he'll get more of the anti-inflamation benefits and gut healing...
So here it goes
7:00am - CrossFit WOD
9:00am - 2 egg whites + banana + handful almonds + coffee w. FF creamer (ok this is my one pass I'm allowing I've tried everything else and I hate them!)
12:30 - iceburg lettuce salad w. shirmp, crab, caarrotts, massago eggs, coconut milk based dressing + spicy tuna salad
1:30 - coffee w. creamer
3:30 - handful trail mix (raw almonds and raisins) + egg + jumbo kiwi
7:00 - 2 pork sausages + 2 egg + veggies
Norcal margatrias for the first time tonight... pray I like 'em!!!
